This project involves the re-development of the old Timaru Showground into a retail centre hub including Countdown, Bunnings along with considerable strip retail and carparking. 

The project includes considerable civil works to create the development platform. The project will be procured via numerous contracts managed by the client, encompassing a total of circa 20,000m² retail.
