The Bayfair Shopping Centre redevelopment included the addition of 50 specialty stores, fashion stores, an al fresco dining precinct, Countdown supermarket and a seven-screen, 1300-seat cinema – bringing the shopping centre to a total of 150 stores. New car parks and infrastructure were also required to support the expansion. Bayfair Shopping Centre remained operational during the construction period.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

White Associates provided full Quantity Surveying Services including master planning services, cost planning and financial reporting, procurement (2 stage), ECI, value management, stakeholder management and budget estimate.
