Once complete, Alexandra Park Apartments will feature three towers with 246 freehold apartments, close to 20 retail spaces, and a number of design features including public spaces, promenades and a central open plaza.

Roles & Responsibilities:

White Associates is providing full quantity surveying services from initial cost planning services through to agreement of final account including developing project funding, negotiation of contract sum and contract conditions, construction cost management.
