We have provided cost advisory services on numerous Public-Private-Partnership projects (PPP’s) for the Department of Corrections since 2009, most notably New Zealand’s first PPP prison, Wiri Men’s Prison, and subsequently Auckland Prison. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including technical and cost advisors, master planning and feasibility studies, and pre-contract quantity surveying services.
