Location:  Multiple Locations – Christchurch, Wellington, Tongariro

This project comprised of the design and offshore fabrication (China) of modular units to construct low security prison accommodation blocks with a total compacity of 600 beds.

The accommodation blocks are located at 5 different correctional facilities in New Zealand:

• Christchurch Men’s
• Christchurch Women’s
• Rolleston
• Tongariro
• Rimutaka

Roles & Responsibilities:
White Associates provided pre-contract, procurement and post contract services.
