A new building for storage and management of Archives documentation. The building comprises a 4,500m² repository plus 1,500m² office together with associated site works and landscaping.

White Associates provided full quantity surveying services for this project, from conceptual master planning, estimating, value engineering, scheduling and full post contract administration services through to final account.
