This project involved a terminal building with a GFA of 5,000m² incorporating an airline departure lounge, Koru Express lounge, baggage collection, amenities, inwards goods and plant.

This project was recognised by the NZIA judging panel and received the following awards:

• 2014 NZIA National Awards – Commercial Architecture and Interior Architecture
• 2013 NZIA Canterbury Architecture Award – Commercial Architecture and Interior
  Architecture
• Property Council of New Zealand – Tourism and Leisure Property Award – Excellence, and named Best in Category

Roles & Responsibilities: 

White Associates provided full cost management services including cost planning, developing project funding, tender assessment including negotiation of contract sum, construction cost management and agreement of final account.
