Developed in four stages, this 103-lot residential project involved intensive earthworks and lime stabilisation to create a platform suitable for land development. This included drainage, water mains, utility reticulation, roading, retaining walls and a storm water retention pond. Late supply of accurate geotechnical information left the developers facing unforeseen ground conditions that dramatically changed the project parameters.
