This development of 620 residential lots just outside of Christchurch required earthworks to create a platform suitable for land development. This comprised of drainage, water mains, utility reticulation, roading, retaining walls and a stormwater retention pond. Our expert understanding of infrastructure processes has enabled us to ensure effective cost control is delivered during the completion of each of the 14 stages of the development.

Our longstanding relationship with the developer and funder, and deep understanding of this project’s needs, has allowed us to add value at every juncture of this process.
