This project for Woolworths NZ Ltd involves the construction of a new regional ambient distribution centre based on the outskirts of Palmerston North in an existing developed industrial area.  

This development will consist of an approximate 37,000m² warehouse and 1,200m² office and amenities building. The overall development site area is approximately 100,000m² with the balance of the site being used for yard, truck access, carparking, ancillary buildings and landscaping. 

• Stage 1 = Civils / Earthworks – in construction  
• Stage 2 = Vertical Build – construction commencing June 2020
