Maurice Wilson Ave was a new build tenanted office and warehouse facility located in the Landing Precinct. It comprised of a warehouse, office, yards and car parks. The total lettable building area of approx. 9,554m² together with 64 car parks with the following scope included:

• Warehouse – 8,604m²
• Office 1 & 2 (1 & 2 Storey) – 950m²
• Yard/Driveway – 3,000m²
• Canopy – 1,652m²
