This project involved the construction of a purpose built warehouse distribution centre and office space within an airport setting. It was a single level building of approximately 12,000m² with expansion to accommodate up to 5,000m² of warehouse including dangerous goods, cool store area and 400m² of office.

White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including estimates from preliminary design, procurement and cost management through to final account.
