The construction of Autex Industries main headquarters and hub/offices based on the new development at Hobsonville, West Harbour. Made up of 5000m² and based on a design and build contract.

This project included an upgrade to their infrastructure and service, incorporating green star standards. Additionally it was imperative not to impact the neighbouring school (e.g. minimal disruption and noise). All of these factors were taken into consideration through the pre contract phase.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including; initial estimates, contract preparation, tenders, cost management and bank funding services.
