Ranfurly Hospital is a new aged-care facility separated into two wings. The east wing of the development has a floor area of 1,679m² consisting of thirty bedrooms over two levels, support medical facilities and a basement area to be used as a service area to the complex.

Roles & Responsibilities:
White Associates provided full quantity surveying services, including pre-contract, procurement and post-contract cost management. White Associates also provided bank funding representation services.
