Google’s continued growth in New Zealand has meant that they need to move from their leased co-working space to larger, more permanent office in Auckland. 

The aim of the project is to create an office with workspaces that combines efficiency & value for money with sustainability, creativity and innovation.  

Roles and responsibilities:
White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including pre-contract, procurement and post contract services.
