The demolition of 2 existing classrooms and construction of a new learning facility and associated infrastructure at Marist Primary School which includes the erection of a two storey building and six new classrooms across an area of approximately 760m².

Works were undertaken within a critical live school environment. It was imperative that the construction works didn’t impact the school. Having worked numerous times on live projects, we were equipped with the right experience and knowledge to undertake this project. Additionally the relationships with the client and other stakeholders made it easier to achieve.

Roles & Responsibilities:  Full quantity surveying services – including initial estimates, contract preparation, tenders and cost management.
