This new 3 storey imaging centre comprised of a base build by the building owner and an integrated fitout by the tenant. The procurement of building works (main and subcontractors) was via two stage tendering (also referred to as P&G and margin). The main contractor provided Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) throughout the design stage of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Full Quantity Surveying services were provided, including cost planning, Early Contractor Involvement, tendering, construction cost management, and agreement of final account.
