Building extension to host events & new fitout over two levels to the Douglas Pharmaceuticals Head Office facility to create a more modern open plan layout which increased the seated capacity from 101 people to 151 people and also increased meeting rooms from 7 to 19. Under the proposal the effective utilisation of floor space increased (move from 22m² to 15² per person).

Roles & Responsibilities:  Full quantity surveying services – including pre-contract, procurement and post-contract cost management.
