The development is for the construction of 82 apartments, to be executed in 2 separate phases located at Mason Avenue, Otahuhu. The first of which consists of 50 apartment units, referred to as Stage 1 of the Mason Square Development. The apartments are predominantly “walk up” 2 bed apartments positioned right next door to Toia, Otahuhu’s newly opened recreation precinct. The apartments have direct access to a village green located in the middle of the development creating a communal green space.
